01 — Custom Training Program

Training with me includes an easy-to-access personalized training program. After chatting about goals and getting to know you as a client, I will develop a program that is specific to your goals, and the program will be designed to work with whatever equipment you have available, no matter how minimal!

02 — Individual Weekly Check-ins

Once a week, phone calls or FaceTime calls with clients will be completed. The purpose of these calls is to asses training programs and chat about what the client likes and does not like, allowing me to make changes. During these times, the client can ask any questions they may have as well.

03 — Nutrition and Supplement Education

Supplements and nutrition can be very overwhelming and confusing at first. However, they play an important role in your overall health. Since I am not a nutrition coach I cannot give meal plans, but I can help give you meal ideas, teach you about macros, and educate you on the many supplements.

04 — 24/7 Access to Caroline

Training with me allows you 24/7 communication with me. By having my cell phone number you can text me about PRs and I will be your personal hype-girl, you can text me questions if you need help during a workout, or you could text me during a lift if you are unsure how to work a machine or perform an exercise. Anything you need help with I am here for!

05 — Training the Mind

As you work with me to reach your fitness goals, I will help provide guidance and work with you on things like goal setting, journaling, habit tracking, and more. An important part of your fitness journey is keeping track of your progress, as well as both physical and mental changes.

I know that life can easily get overwhelming and stressful. So, I want to help you reach these goals while also living and enjoying your life. I am all about enjoying the journey while working towards your final destination.
